Professional plastic injection factory / plastic factory from Taiwan

When you need custom plastics for every product, every category, rely on Yeh Her Yow Plastic Co., Ltd. Since 1975, automobile manufacturers, kitchenware manufacturers, machine tool manufacturers, medical equipment manufacturers, sports equipment fabricators, and component manufacturers have turned to our plastic injection molding company because we are committed to delivering from design. We offer low unit cost and fast lead times for injection molded plastics without compromising durability, quality, accuracy and consistency.

Our injection molding process

At Yeh Her Yow Plastic Co., Ltd., we have an experienced and knowledgeable team of plastic engineers and material manufacturers and secondary processing manufacturers, and we work together to ensure that you get the custom molded plastic parts and related parts you need. We'll sit down with you to discuss your project's specifications, including what product you'll need, how to use it, quantities, and other important details. Using this information, we can help you determine the best choice for injection molding or other processing methods and use the correct thermoplastic.
Once the designs are confirmed to each other, we can move on to the tooling stage, where we design complex injection molds for molding and molding products, parts, or assemblies. Since plastic injection molding needs to be precise and perfect, we will also produce temporary tooling to determine the proper pressure needed, resolve any issues with the mold, and ensure the end result is consistent with the design and product prototype.
Finally, working with leading mold manufacturers at home and abroad, we will commission the final mold design, and once the design is complete, we can begin the injection molding process for your part. The thermoplastic material is heated into a liquid and the molten plastic is injected into the cavity using a syringe capable of generating up to 120-1500 tons of pressure, covering the inside of the mold and filling, filling every detail, corner, structure and angle within the mold. After the plastic cools, it is ejected from the injection mold and sent for any finishing tasks, including sanding, painting, printing or assembly.

Thermoplastics used in injection molding

Choosing the right material for your automotive plastic parts is critical to their effectiveness. Our team will help you choose the best material from our selection of thermoplastics:: It includes general-purpose plastic materials, engineering plastic materials, high-performance engineering plastic materials.

Injection Molded Parts

Through our injection molding services, there are plastic injection, mold manufacturing, automotive plastic parts, kitchen plastic parts, tool plastic parts, electronic plastic parts, special material plastic parts.

Why choose custom plastic injection molding

Industries are choosing custom plastics over metal or other materials at an unprecedented rate because today's engineering-grade and advanced engineering-grade resins and resin polymers are lightweight, durable and high-performance, and some materials are more able to withstand extreme heat and friction. By using plastic, the overall weight is lower, production costs are lower, it can also be mass-produced, and it is more impact and scratch resistant than its ceramic or metal counterparts compared to external components.

High Volume orders

Selecting plastic parts that withstand mass production, our molds are made of white iron, heavy-duty steel, aluminum alloys, or beryllium copper alloys. Whether you need a single high-volume production or long-term multiple orders, being able to reuse injection molds can significantly reduce the unit cost of plastic parts.

Fast production

Once the injection molding tooling is developed, it can be manufactured quickly in the next process. According to Yeh Her Yow Plastic (YHY) 's professional field, it can greatly reduce the defects and waste in production, and according to the needs of customers, it can carry out finishing or secondary processing or assembly in the later stage.

Complex or advanced component design

Plastic parts often feature incredible detail, special structural designs with varying thicknesses, raised edges, and sharp corners or angles. Injection molds achieve these details in a way that other production processes cannot.
