Manufacturing process
(1) Order confirmation and acceptance:
Once the product design is confirmed, mold construction will be confirmed with the customer.
(2) Material procurement:
When material purchase has been confirmed with the material supplier, production time is scheduled and material purchase is made.
(3) Production scheduling:
Once production time is scheduled, completion and delivery date will be confirmed with the customer.
(4) Quality Control:
At the beginning of production, independent inspections will be made by both the injection machine operator and the Quality Control team. Inspections are maintained throughout production. On completion, Quality Control reconfirms that the final piece is of the same quality as the first piece.
(5) Packaging:
Completed items will be packaged according to specifications required by the item. Static elimination packaging can be used to avoid dust absorption, while high-gloss and electroplated products can use foam sheet bags or foam sheet cloth packaging to avoid product scratches.
