Inspection Process

IQC incoming inspection

The raw materials, materials or spare parts provided by the suppliers are all subject to random inspection or full inspection according to the ISO incoming inspection specifications, and the immediate delivery rate and quality yield rate of each supplier are regularly inspected.

IPQC Process Quality Inspection

In the production process, the quality confirmation of the first piece is carried out, and the comparison inspection with the previous batch of products is carried out, as well as the confirmation of the middle part in the process and the confirmation of the final part after the end of production, so as to ensure the stability of production quality and eliminate the bad phenomenon of batch .

PQC semi-finished product inspection

For the semi-finished products of the multi-channel processing process, or the assembly parts of each station, random inspection or full inspection is carried out according to the ISO inspection standard, and the self-project completion operation and self-project quality assurance are done well to prevent defective products from entering the next process.

OQC shipment inspection

Before the product is shipped, according to the production drawing and customer verification process, a pre-shipment random inspection or full inspection is carried out, and the packaging method and logistics transportation method can be delivered to the client in a safe and undamaged manner.
